Messrs Reginald and Arthur Weeks (brothers), Mr. and Mrs. George Long, Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Harvey, Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Baker, Mr. and Mrs. C.J. Baker and Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Baker (uncles and aunts). The Misses Rosalie and Amy Harvey, Miss Ida Baker and Mr. Arthur Baker (cousins), Mr. and Mrs. W.J. Whittington, Mrs. R. B. Tiverton, Miss A. Baker, Mrs. H. Harvey, Mr. E. Harvey, Mr. and Mrs. R. Harvey (Pidford), Mr. and Mrs. T. Duke, Mrs. and Miss Reynolds, Mrs. W. Henley, Mrs. H.Bright, Mrs. L.G. Tugwell, Mr. W. J. Ablitt, Mr. S. Monkley, Mrs. Neil, Mrs. J. Jones and many others. The coffin bore the inscription "Isobel Royal Weeks died Dec. 11th 1918 in her 21st year". A large number of wreaths were received including one from the staff of St. Mary's Hospital, Carshalton, Surrey. Mrs Weeks and family wish to return their best thanks for kind expressions of sympathy with them and also thank those persons who sent floral tributes." Alice Rosetta (11), Annie Elizabeth (11), Edith Ada (9) and William (7) were enumerated as daughters and son with Frances Bertha Weeks, their 26 year old cousin, and a female servant enumerated after them. Where were their parents?
Above them, and separated by a space at a separate address, were a Henry and Annie (Henry Heap?; Head of Household; widower; 47; railway checker; b. Hestleston, Yorkshire and Annie R.; daughter; 22; b. Bradford). These could not have been John Henry and Annie although they are transcribed as parents on Ancestry. More research is needed. Did the enumerator get in a muddle when he was copying up the information and simply miss out John Henry Weeks and Annie Weeks as they were so similar to the names above?

Madeleine Kate (May) WEEKS was born about 1892 in Calbourne, Isle of Wight. She died on 30 Jun 1920 in Calbourne, Isle of Wight. She was buried on 3 Jul 1920 in All Saints Church, Calbourne, Isle of Wight. Madeleine had been a Sunday School teacher and had done a lot of work for the C. of E. Waifs and Strays Society. One of the mourners was Mr. E. Harvey (Ted) who was to have married Madeleine in the autumn. Parents: George Duncan WEEKS and Emma Caroline BAKER.

Nellie Florence WEEKS was born about 1878 in Newport, Isle of Wight. She lived in the Infant Orphan Asylum, Leyton, West Ham, London between 1882 and 1891. As her siblings were taken in by members of the extended Weeks family on the death of their father in 1882 presumably, as Nellie was only 4 at the time, she was sent to the Infant Asylum at this stage. The Infant Orphan Asylum was opened in 1841 and held some 400 children. In 1901 she was a General Domestic Servant in Headington, Oxford, Oxfordshire. In 1901, Nellie was a servant in the Moody household. James Moody was a college servant and butler. His daughters Jane and Emma ran a school from home with 7 female pupils aged between 11 and 17. They employed one other school mistress. She lived in Cowley Place, Witham Ford, Headington, Oxford, Oxfordshire in 1901. This was close to her brother, George Ernest and her sister, Emily Gertrude. In 1871 she was a Dressmaker in 30 Lugley Street, Newport, Isle of Wight. She had her mother, Mary Ann Weeks, living with her and she was supporting her financially. They lived close to her brother Walter and his family. In 1881 she was a Dressmaker employing 3 assistants and 2 apprentices in 30 Lugley Street, Newport, Isle of Wight. She lived close to her brother Walter and his family. In 1891 she was a Dressmaker in 37 Lugley Street, Newport, Isle of Wight.
