18. Joseph SILVERWOOD was born on 3 Feb 1837 in Rushy Lee Farm, Midhope, Yorkshire. He was christened on 5 Mar 1837 in Midhope, Yorkshire. He was adopted in 1837. He lived with John and Mary Robinson in Denby Dale, Yorkshire in 1841. He lived in Hoyland Common, Yorkshire in 1861. In 1861 he was a Coal Miner in Hoyland Common, Yorkshire. Between 1871 and 1891 he was a Coal Miner in Methley, Yorkshire. In 1901 he was a Market Gardener in Stanley, Wakefield, Yorkshire. He lived in Lake Lock, Stanley, Wakefield, Yorkshire in 1901. In 1901, Joseph was a widower and he lived with his son Squire and family. He died on 5 May 1915 in West Riding Asylum, Wakefield, Yorkshire.

Joseph SILVERWOOD and Ann WILSON were married on 21 May 1863 in Methley, Yorkshire. They lived in Watergate, Methley, Yorkshire between 1871 and 1891. In 1871, Ann's mother lived with them.
