17. Benjamin SILVERWOOD was born about 1835 in Rushy Lee Farm, Midhope, Yorkshire. He was christened on 11 Oct 1835 in Midhope, Yorkshire. He was adopted in 1837. In 1861 he was a Stone Quarry Labourer in Thurlstone, Yorkshire. Between 1861 and 1871, Mary Ann's daughter, Ann Beever (b1855 Thurlstone), lived with the family. In 1871 he was a Platelayer in Wombwell, Derbyshire. In 1881 he was a Labourer on Railway in Hoylandswaine, Yorkshire. He lived in Briery Bank, Stocksbridge, Yorkshire in 1891. In 1891 he was a Coal Carter in Stocksbridge, Yorkshire. In 1901 he was a General Labourer in Stocksbridge, Yorkshire. In 1901, John Willie Worsley, Benjamin's stepson (b1872 d1905), was a Labourer and lived with Benjamin and Eliza.

Benjamin SILVERWOOD and Mary Ann BEEVER lived in Carr House, Thurlstone, Yorkshire in 1861. They lived in Gate House, Bradbury Back Lane, Wombwell, Derbyshire in 1871. They lived in Cat Hill, Hoylandswaine, Yorkshire in 1881. They were married. Mary Ann BEEVER was born about 1838 in Thurlstone, Yorkshire. She died about 1887.

Benjamin SILVERWOOD and Eliza Ann WORSLEY were married about 1900. They lived in Gibson Lane, Stocksbridge, Yorkshire in 1901. Eliza Ann WORSLEY was born about 1838 in Thurlstone, Yorkshire.
