1. Joseph SCAMMELL died about 1729. He signed a will on 6 Nov 1729 in Burley, Hampshire. The will was proved on 15 April 1730. Everything was left to his wife, Sarah, unless she remarried and he made bequests to his children to be settled after his wife's death. He was buried on 14 Nov 1729.

Joseph SCAMMELL and Sarah NYK were married. Sarah NYK was buried on 9 Mar 1743. She died about 1743. Joseph SCAMMELL and Sarah NYK had the following children:
