8. Joseph OWERS was christened on 10 Jun 1832 in Black Notley, Essex. He was born about 1832 in Black Notley, Essex. He lived in Ongar Road, Brentwood, Essex in 1851. In 1851 he was an Agricultural Labourer in Brentwood, Essex. In 1861 he was a Domestic Gardener in Chigwell, Essex. In 1871 he was a Head Gardener in Edmonton, Middlesex. In 1881 he was an Invalid Gardener in Edmonton, Middlesex. He died of acute rheumatism and chronic heart disease on 12 May 1891 in Highfield Row, Winchmore Hill, North Southgate, Middlesex.

Joseph OWERS and Sarah Ann BRAZIER were married about 1858 in Chigwell, Essex. They lived in 23 Horn Lane, Chigwell, Essex in 1861.
