Edwin VERNON
and Margaret Ann DAVOLL were married about 1871 in Wolstanton, Staffordshire.
They lived in 22 Wardlow Street, Beswick, Manchester, Lancashire in 1881.
Edwin and Margaret lived with their children Albert, Samuel, Harry, Mary Harriet
and 11 day old Lilian. They lived in 13 Sherwood Street, Newton, Lancashire

John was a Police Sergeant and in 1871 he was an Agent and Debt Collector. From
1861 to 1871 the family lived in Water Street, Atherton, Lancashire. In 1871
she was a Reeler in a Cotton Factory in Atherton, Lancashire. She
lived at home. Edwin VERNON and Margaret Ann DAVOLL had the following children:

Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire. In 1891 he was a Cotton Doubler
in Newton, Lancashire. Albert married Agnes Louisa Morton (b.1876
Birmingham, Warwickshire) in Beswick, Manchester in 1898 and they had a daughter
Doris in 1899. In 1901 Albert, Agnes and Doris had his sisters Mary Harriet and
Lilian living with them at 150 Bradford Road, Manchester. |

Manchester, Lancashire. In 1891 he was a Cotton Scavenger in Newton,
Lancashire. In 1898 he married Jane Smith (b.1875 Manchester) in
Manchester and they had a daughter Hilda in 1899. In 1901 they lived at 51 Wardle
Street, Manchester and his brothers Harry and Edwin lived with them. Samuel was
a cotton spinner. |
