128. Delariver BURDET was born about 1601. He was christened about 1601 in St. John's Church, Penistone, Yorkshire. He was buried on 21 Feb 1666 in St. John's Church, Penistone, Yorkshire. Delariver was noted as a gentleman (Gen) in the Bishops' Transcripts for Penistone. He died about 1666. During his lifetime Denby Hall and the Manor of Denby were sold to Sir William Saville of Thornhill for £1,500. In the Brierley Court Roll of 1655 he was classed as a gentleman when he was fined 2s for nonattendance at Court.

Delariver BURDET and Jane SOTWELL were married about 1625 in Kirkheaton, Yorkshire. Jane SOTWELL was born about 1608 in Hoylandswaine, Yorkshire. Jane was the niece of the Jane Sotwell who had married George Burdet (d.1611). She died about 1630. Jane probably died giving birth to her first child.

Delariver BURDET and Ann BEAUMONT were married about 1632. Ann BEAUMONT was born about 1605 in Kirkheaton, Yorkshire. She died about 1658. She was buried on 28 Dec 1658 in St. John's Church, Penistone, Yorkshire. The record of her burial shows; "Anna uxor Delariveri Burdet Generosi (gentleman)" Delariver BURDET and Ann BEAUMONT had the following children:
