Levi BILTCLIFFE and Charlotte RIDING were married about 1841 in Kirkburton, Huddersfield, Yorkshire. They had five children:- Joseph (b.1843), Herbert (1845-1861), Ann (1847-1851), Tamer (1850-1852) and Wilson (1853-1872). His wife Charlotte died in 1853. Charlotte RIDING was born about 1823 in Kirkburton, Huddersfield, Yorkshire.
